Meet The Rotherham Team
Respectful Care
Julie Connelly
Registered Care Manager
Julie joined the Respectful Care Rotherham branch in 2017 as a mentor and has worked her way up through the management structure. In December 2020, Julie was promoted to Registered Care Manager and is looking forward to applying her knowledge on expertise to the role. Julie has a multitude of experience and knows what it takes to lead a management team of, caring, thoughtful, kind, like-minded people.
Julie is very passionate and found her inspiration from her grandparents, and showed her the way of the world. Watching her grandparents and taking in their wisdom, gave Julie the passion that when she was older, she would care for others. The elder generation is a true world of life and while supporting many care needs, she feels a sense of pride in everything we do and aims to give each individual a purpose in life. Julie is proud to be a part of the Respectful Care team and will continue with her passion for providing the highest quality of care to all.
Julie has worked her way up within the sector, having started in activities, spending time as a Care and Support worker, a Mentor, a Staff/Team Leader, and Deputy Manager. Julie is also proud to be working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Care. Julie is eager to apply her skills and knowledge to lead the team to continue providing excellent person-centered and tailored care for our clients.
