Registered Care Manager

Our Registered Manager Gemma Jack is hard working and driven and focuses on the service we provide to our clients.

Gemma is passionate about care and quickly worked her way up from carer to senior carer to care coordinator and manager. Gemma has 8 years experience as a registered manager and was chosen to grow and promote good quality care in our Sheffield branch.

Gemma holds a level 5 diploma in Health and social care.

Ricky Jones

Office Manager

Our office manager is Ricky Jones, he joined us in December 2018. He has 14 years management experience and personal care experience looking after his mother.

He wants to ensure client's needs are met and is looking forward to positive outcomes.

Cheryl Peatfield

Staff Team Leader

I have over 30 years experience in management, I decided on a new career change, having dealt with recruitment, HR and customers face to face. I chose to go in the care industry after helping my mother in law through illness towards the end of her life. I then became passionate about wanting to be involved in providing good quality care to the elderly.

In my previous role I built up relationships with senior clientele. I look forward to bringing my experience in recruitment to help find the best carers possible to move the company forward.
