Keeley Riley
Registered Care Manager

Registered Care Manager Keeley Riley is clear, focused and driven to protect our clients who are at the heart of our service.
For Keeley, care is personal. She joined the care sector after experiencing first hand the care and support that her husband received over 18 months whilst being treated for lymphoma.

She is proof that with drive and ambition, people can progress their careers at Respectful Care. She began her career as a client team leader, progressed to office team leader, regional development manager and now registered care manager.
Keeley has spent ten years in the care sector and proudly holds an NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health and Social Care
Eloise King

Eloise joined Respectful Care in January 2018, and in this time she has progressed to mentor and then to her current role as Client Team Leader. Eloise works alongside Branka to ensure our client care packages are tailored to people's individualised needs and preferences.
Eloise started working in care settings at the age of 15, she jumped at the chance to be a part of the care team when she turned 18 and hasn’t looked back since. Care is Eloise’s Passion, and strongly believes, everyone has the right to truly personalised care.
Eloise says “Our clients have always been at the heart of everything I do, I believe this new structure will only exceed my ability to do so, involving our clients and my colleagues in the process to truly include all. I want to work closely with you all, as I know how well you know our clients and this knowledge will be invaluable to me. I hope in time, we can build a Rota structure which reflects our clients needs and wishes but also provides you with a regular shift pattern, regular clients to fit around you and your life.”
