Respectful Care appoints three new Client Relationship Managers following restructure.
Respectful Care, an award-winning domiciliary care provider in the East Midlands, has appointed three new Client Relationship Managers following restructure of its Mansfield branch.
Aiming to maintain and enhance the provision of high-quality care, the Client Relationship Managers will act as designated points of contact for customers. Stepping into the newly created positions, Eloise King, Jade Pepper and Lisa Caudwell will offer support to clients at every stage of their Respectful Care journey.
Working directly with customers, the Client Relationship Managers will assess each person's needs, develop tailored care plans, schedule visits and problem solve. This more focussed approach will provide insight into the needs and wishes of each client, helping the care group strive to be the very best they can to meet those desired outcomes.
Respectful Care hopes that, by adopting a one-point-of-call process, each customer will feel better supported and encouraged to provide feedback to improve service.
The new structure has been met with much approval and has already received positive feedback from clients since implementation. One customer said, “One person to listen and support me through this is just what I need. At the start of our care journey, everything is new to us. To have a relationship with one person will help ease our anxieties."
Discussing the new structure, Keeley Riley, Registered Care Manager at Respectful Care Mansfield, said, “We continually strive to be the very best we can for both our staff and clients. Recently, that has meant restructuring the team to offer better support to everyone. Our new Client Relationship Manager role comes shortly after appointing a new Welfare Liaison and Mental Health First Aider, following a difficult time for care workers. I am thankful to Eloise, Jade and Lisa for allowing us to utilise their qualities and skill set to further enhance our person-centred, tailored care service.
We have already had some invaluable feedback that affirms this structure will form strong relationships between our Client Relationship Managers, clients, and significant others. We are proud to evolve and tailor our service to the needs and wishes of our clients, who remain our utmost and wholehearted priority,” Keeley concluded.
Respectful Care is currently recruiting. Anyone looking to make a difference and wanting to join a team that prides itself on being the best can find more information by visiting our Join Our Team page.
