Now Supporting Vital Sign Checks

Mum has really enjoyed having the help from such friendly faces. She was very unwell initially just before lockdown and they have enabled her to recover a lot of her independence. I don’t know what I would have done without them as for eight weeks she wasn’t allowed visitors apart from carers.

I would like to praise all the staff that support my mum, I have not met all of you but extremely impressed with the ones I have. You are a credit to your company, and I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who works at Respectful Care.

My mother is 98 and has dementia but still lives in her own home. All carers treat her with the utmost care, kindness and understanding and keep me informed of any problems that arise. They are much appreciated even if she cannot remember who they are or if they have visited her that day.

Respectful Care services are efficient, helpful, personable, reliable and trustworthy, they go out of their way to make the clients feel as though nothing is too much trouble, when sometimes, in reality, it must be a logistical nightmare.
