I have worked for Respectful Care for almost a year, I can hand on heart say, I have never been happier. Firstly, every single client I have supported has been truly lovely and I have met many whom I will never forget. Secondly, the Support & Care team I work alongside are friendly, open, loyal, help new staff to settle to the different client rotas. Our Management team are without a doubt supportive, flexible, open, kind and friendly whilst always maintaining a professional attitude! Yes, the grass is definitely greener for me at "Respectful Care.

I have worked for Respectful Care for over 3 years now and I love my job. I am now a student nurse and have been for the past 18 months, respectful care has been amazing with me and supported me throughout, they help me as I help them wherever possible to do bank shifts. They will strive to push you to be the best and make the most as your chosen career, whether it's to support you to be the best support & care worker or to help you with progressing within health & social care. I am so grateful to still be a part of the team even when studying, I can still be a part.

Respectful Care is the best company I’ve ever worked for and have been with them 3 years and 9 months and I absolutely love it. The company respects every staff member and client. The office staff are very approachable and understanding and always there when needed. I work with the most amazing people and we are more like a family than a team. I would recommend anyone that is serious about caring for people that this is the company you need to work for.

Respectful Care helped my parents with the excellent care they required when they lived independently in their own home..that when I returned to work after caring for my mum, I also wanted to join the fantastic team of carers to help other people in a similar situation. Everyone, from management, to carers, are polite, professional and caring, and I am happy to be part of the team. It is a fantastic company to work for. I would highly recommend Respectful Care for anyone requiring care in their own homes, and also for anyone wishing to work as a carer/support worker in the community.

I’ve been with respectful care for 6 months now and every member of staff and client that I have met have been amazing to work with! Office staff are very friendly and are always there to talk and will help you out as much as they can! Couldn’t recommend this company to clients and support and care workers enough.
