Julie Connelly
Registered Care Manager

Julie joined the Respectful Care Doncaster branch in 2017 as a Staff Mentor and has worked her way up through the management structure. In December 2020, Julie was promoted to Registered Care Manager and has applied her knowledge and expertise to the role. Julie has a multitude of experience and knows what it takes to lead a management team of, caring, thoughtful, kind, like-minded people.
Julie is very passionate and found her inspiration from her grandparents, who showed her the way of the world. Watching her grandparents and taking in their wisdom, gave Julie the passion that when she was older, she would care for others. The elder generation is a true world of life and while supporting many care needs, she feels a sense of pride in everything we do and aims to give each individual a purpose in life. Julie is proud to be a part of the Respectful Care family and will continue with her passion for providing the highest quality of care to all.
Julie has worked her way up within the sector, having started in activities, spending time as a Care and Support worker, a Mentor, a Staff/Team Leader, and a Deputy Manager. Julie is also proud to be working towards her NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Care. Julie continues to apply her skills and knowledge to lead the team to continue providing excellent person-centred and tailored care for our clients.
Sarah Larkin
Assistant Manager/Staff leader

Sarah joined Respectful Care Doncaster in December 2017. As a Care and Support worker, Sarah settled well into the company and brought expertise and knowledge into the field as well as focusing on delivering tailored and individualised care to our clients. Sarah brings 21 years of knowledge and experience in the community care sector to the role, with additional previous management experience covering many roles in the nursing home environment.
Sarah has flourished in her role and found her passion in dementia and elderly care, meaning that in every role since then she has strived to encourage a sense of purpose, choice, and independence for those living with dementia. Sarah has the well-being of all staff at the top of her priority, as mental health is a big part of the care industry, for both clients and our carers alike.
Respectful Care has recognised Sarah's devotion and drive as well as her management expertise, Sarah was promoted to Mentor and then again to Staff Team Leader. Since taking on the role of Assistant Manager, Sarah has displayed great team leadership and has proved to be a valued member of the office team.
Sarah has grown within her role and focuses on delivering an excellent standard of personalised care to our clients.
Evie Rippon
Client Manager / Mental Health First Aider

Evie joined our family in 2019, as a care support worker, providing the highest levels of care to our clients.
Evie has worked in the care industry for 6 years and proudly holds a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and working towards her Level 4 in Health and Social Care. Evie has a strong passion for care, putting her clients and her high standards, at the heart of her role.
Evie’s passion and enthusiasm made her the perfect candidate to progress within the company, Evie soon became a Staff Mentor, supporting our new staff members on their health and social care journey. As Evie grew within her Mentor role, her passion for providing the highest standards and high-quality care, Evie was promoted to Client Team Leader. Evie’s passion and dedication to ensuring our clients are the centre of their care and the best outcomes are met. With Evie’s knowledge and commitment to making a difference in care, in April 2024, Evie was promoted to Client Manager. On her journey, Evie supports her team in their roles, ensuring that our clients are the centre of their care choices and promoting our clients' independence in staying in their homes.
Evie qualified mental health first-aider in 2023. This in addition to her kind, understanding, and empathic nature makes her invaluable to both staff and clients throughout their journey with Respectful Care.
Kiera Oliver
Client Team Leader

Kiera started her journey with Respectful Care as a care and support worker. Kiera was introduced to the company by her mum who, also worked for us. Kiera was new to care and through our extensive training programme and Kiera’s willingness to learn a new role in the care sector, she soon showed her potential and qualities to provide a high standard of care. Kiera showed great passion in showing how she strives to be the best and promoting this in her work, encouraging our clients that nothing is impossible.
These qualities and Kiera’s dedication and passion in her role as a care and support worker ensuring our clients received the best care have helped Kiera to progress in her career and become a part of our management team in December 2023, as a Client Team Leader.
Kiera strives to best understand every one of our clients, which ensures that our care plans are person-centred and in great detail. Kiera is also working towards her level 4 in Health and Social Care.
Deborah Nolan
Care Co-Ordinator

Deborah started her journey with Respectful Care as a care and support worker and holds more than 30 years of experience in the care sector. Care has always been a passion of hers and a career path Deborah was destined for. Deborah has a great understanding of her job role, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care, going above and beyond.
With Deborah’s long-standing knowledge of the care industry, combined with her attributes, and dedication, Deborah soon became a valuable Staff Mentor, sharing all her knowledge and skills too new and existing staff members.
In 2024 Deborah became part of our management team as a care coordinator, having past experience in logistical care, Deborah was the perfect fit. Deborah ensures that clients have the correct logistical care with client preferences, providing continuity at all times. Deborah currently holds a level 3 in Adult social Care.
Shauni Tyson
Recruitment Team leader

Shauni started her career with Respectful Care as a support care worker. Shauni came to us without any care experience but with our robust training programme, and her caring nature, Shauni has gained many years of valuable experience in the field of care. Shauni has proved to be a great addition to the Respectful Care family and care sector and she has grown her knowledge of the high standards of care we provide.
Shauni's passion for care led to her promotion to Staff Mentor. She would support new and existing staff by sharing her knowledge and being supportive of enhancing their careers in domiciliary care.
Shauni has since joined our management team as a Recruitment Team Leader, supporting the recruitment manager in selecting the right staff, with the right skill set and passion to become a dedicated carer. Shauni is currently working towards her level 3 in Adult Social Care.
Maz Khaliq
Recruitment Manager / Train the Trainer

Maz started her career with Respectful Care bringing over 5 years of experience in care and team leadership roles. Maz began her journey with Respectful Care as the Recruitment Team Leader and soon showed her passion for selecting the right staff with the right skill set.
Maz grew within her role as Recruitment Team Leader and has built a robust training matrix, ensuring that our new staff members are fully equipped with the training and knowledge required to start their journey in adult social care. Maz offers full support to staff throughout their career with Respectful Care, ensuring they feel valued and respected. With Maz's attributes and dedication to her role, it wasn’t long before Maz became the Recruitment Manager.
Building on her experience and expertise, we continue to improve our staff workforce through classroom training and e-learning, while continuing to hire the right people, with the right qualities to ensure we provide our clients with the right members of staff to care for and be attentive to every client's needs. Maz holds a level 4 in Adult Social Care & Higher Education Diploma in Nursing.
