Respectful Care provides adults with high quality home care services in the Hucknall area.
We began in 2015 and the company has grown and developed well beyond our expectations. We now employ over 70 highly trained Care and Support Workers who deliver 1500 hours of person centred care each week to more than 150 clients across our communities.
Our high-quality service has been recognised as “Outstanding in Caring” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we have won industry awards for the amazing independent reviews and feedback we receive from our clients and their families. We work in partnership with all of the major health and social care organisations, local government and charities, and not-for-profit organisations, ensuring our unique and dedicated approach to care services is accessible to all.
The Managing Director Karl Overton was a Police Detective with Nottinghamshire Police for 20 years before joining the Respectful Care management team. He brings a wide range of valuable skills, experience and abilities which complement the company and enable us to provide an even better service to our clients throughout North Nottingham.
Our senior management team has over 60 years’ experience in different and diverse aspects of the care industry which helps us to fully understand everyone’s individual and person centred needs.
